Through the application of high-performance embedded charging control unit, CZC7SF series charger could control charging current. Main circuit with parameter-optimized design could provide continuously adjustable charging current, thus meeting various charging process requirements.
Charging controller which is composed by embedded system could control charging process, monitor and record charging data in real time.
With the application of charging controller and main circuit, this charger could charge various batteries through appropriate charging methods, thus achieving best charging effect.
Charging controller which is equipped with multiple charging curves could meet various different charging process requirements. In the meantime, Users could set and save charging curve which has been changed, satisfying customized charging requirements.
This charging controller is equipped with simple & practical man-machine interface. Users could set charging parameters in LCD touch screen. This screen would display charging parameters and charging status, making it easy for users to know charging process in real time.
This charging controller would monitor various parameters in the process of charging in real time. In this way, charger has perfect protection function which makes charging process execute smoothly. Meanwhile, charging controller also provides communication port,output protection port and chain control with other devices which would be convenient for the control of charger upper computer.

Man-machine interface. Serial port 4.3 LCD Color touch screen is used to set and display charging parameters.

6,Special charging function. Function of startup force (0V). Function of battery offline detection. (Once connecting line falls off in the charging process, the charger would shut down automatically.)
7,Protection function. Fault protection and fault warning function.(faults: pen circuit, anti-polarity,over current,over voltage,over heat,power phase shortage, etc.)
8,Interface of output control. Touch output of relevant warning. (optional function)
9,Emergency stop function: When the uncontrollable exception occurs, it can be forced to turn off by the emergency stop button.

The CZC7SF series smart charger uses a high-performance embedded charging control unit to control the charging current. Through the parameter-optimized design of the main circuit module, it provides continuously adjustable charging current for various batteries and lithium batteries to meet various charging process requirements.
The charging operator composed of an embedded system controls the charging process in real time and detects and records the charging process data.
The main circuit and module are designed with optimized parameters. Under the control of the charging operator, the charging current and charging voltage are continuously controllable, allowing users to use appropriate charging curves to charge various batteries and lithium batteries for different purposes to ensure charging effects.
The charging operator has a built-in default charging curve. At the same time, users can also set and store customized charging curves as needed to meet customized charging process requirements.
The charger operator has a simple and practical human-machine interface. Charging parameters are set on the LCD touch screen, which displays various parameters and status of the charging process to facilitate users to understand the charging process in real time.
The charging operator monitors various parameters during the charging process in real time, so that the charger has a complete protection function and protects the smooth progress of the charging process in real time. At the same time, it also provides communication interfaces and protection output interfaces to provide interlock control with other equipment.
